Daily Fruit dated August 18

Daily Fruit was a daily journal I kept from October 2001 through July 2015. The idea was "a few words a day keeps the psychiatrist away". Not sure that worked, but it was an incredibly healthy practice. They are meant to be read for face value.

Essentially, I'm embarrassed this is here. But you know, vulnerability and stuff.
